The rotation of the pump shaft is normal, and there is no stuck phenomenon. If the hose is used the previous time and has not been replaced, remove the hose and remove the extruded part of the pump head to reduce hose fatigue and achieve better transmission results. Because of the high integration of the peristaltic pump, good controllability, other main switches are good, you can rest assured to use.

1. When using the peristaltic pump, the pressure plate should not be screwed too tightly, so as not to "tie" the pump head. Generally, it can be adjusted to have the liquid flow out, so as to avoid the pump head.

2, pump head in rapid operation, do not press the "forward/reverse" switch, if you want to press, first slow down the speed and then press, and then the speed to the original speed, that is, the voltmeter reading to the original value.

3. During the use of the peristaltic pump, we should always pay attention to whether the silicone tube is in good condition. Generally, it is better to operate at medium speed. When the peristaltic pump starts to run, the silicone tube may swell to one end, which can be straightened by hand.

4. After use, the pump head should be cleaned. If it is not used for a long time, the silicone tube should be removed to prolong its service life.

5. When the peristaltic pump is not used for a long time, please remove the silicone tube from the pump head to extend its service life. The silicone tube is fragile, please replace it in time after a period of use. Otherwise it will cause leakage and damage the instrument!
