1: When the peristaltic pump does not work, loosening the pressure tube block can extend the life of the pump tube. Peristaltic pump is produced by compression hose and hose natural rebound suction and fluid delivery, in order to maintain the longevity of the pump tube, when the pump is not used, try to lift the pump head press block, so that the pump tube is in a natural state of non-pressure, thereby extending the life of the pump tube.

2: When the peristaltic pump is selected, the pump speed can be reduced to less than 300 RPM under the premise of meeting the flow rate. The flow of peristaltic pump is generated by the rotation of the pump head, if the faster the rotation, the shorter the pump tube will be used, so when you want the pump tube to use longer time, you can choose a larger pipe diameter pump as much as possible, thereby reducing the speed of the pump.

In the same way, if the diameter of the outlet pipeline is smaller or the pipe is long, because the discharge pressure of the peristaltic pump is usually small, when the discharge resistance is too large, the output flow will be reduced.

5: The theoretical flow of peristaltic pump selection should be greater than the actual flow, preferably greater than 30%. The peristaltic pump tube is soft, so the negative pressure and discharge pressure generated by it are small, if the liquid delivered has a constant viscosity or the pipeline has a certain length, it will cause the loss of the actual flow, in order to achieve the required flow selection when the theoretical flow is slightly higher than the actual flow.

6: The peristaltic pump should pay attention to cleaning the debris on the pump shell and pump pipe during use. Because the peristaltic pump is a relatively precise instrument, mainly rely on the pump shell to maintain a high precision gap, so as to efficiently squeeze the pump tube, if the pump tube is damaged and the flow of liquid sticks to the pump shell pressure wheel and block and pump tube, it will change the pressure gap of the pump head, even small changes will cause excessive premature wear of the pump tube, which will seriously affect the damage of the pump head.

7: When the peristaltic pump is used, it is necessary to check the wear of the pump pipe regularly. Because the mite pump pipe is a wearing part, once damaged, it will cause liquid leakage, so it is necessary to check the surface of the pump table in time to prevent the pump from being damaged.

8: When choosing the peristaltic pump, pay attention to whether the liquid that needs to be transported will corrode the pump pipe. Because the pump tube has many materials and the types of liquid transported are also very many, no pump tube can withstand all the liquids, so it is necessary to confirm its own liquid type, and make comparison through the chemical phase dissolution table or through the immersion experiment to ensure that the pump tube can be used.
