1. When the pump does not work, loosen the pressure pipe block to prolong the life of the pump pipe. The peristaltic pump achieves fluid transfer by repeatedly squeezing the hose with the roller of the pump head and the hose naturally bouncing back. In order to maintain the life of the pump tube, when the pump is not in use, try to lift the pressure block of the pump head, so that the pump tube is in a natural pressure free state, so as to extend the service life of the pump tube.

5, the selection of peristaltic pump, the theoretical flow should be greater than 30% of the actual flow. The peristaltic pump tube is softer, so it produces less negative pressure and less discharge pressure. If the liquid being transported has a certain viscosity or the pipe has a certain length, the actual flow loss will be caused. In order to achieve the required traffic, the traffic at the selected time is slightly higher than the actual traffic.

6, pump in the process of use, pay attention to clean up the debris on the pump shell and pump pipe. Because the peristaltic pump is a relatively precise instrument, it mainly relies on the pump shell to maintain a high precision clearance, so as to efficiently squeeze the pump tube. It can change the compression clearance of the pump head, and even a small change can cause excessive and premature wear of the pump tube, which can seriously affect the pump head and cause damage to the pump head.
