1. The filling action of high-precision peristaltic pump is divided into automatic and manual. When the machine is manual, it only needs to push the tongue with the mouth of the bottle, that is, do not stop the tongue when filling. When automatic is adopted, the bottle must be put under the outlet first, and the transfer switch will start filling immediately when it is switched to automatic, and the bottle will be replaced in time.

2. The roller should be oiled regularly to keep the roller in a good lubrication state. Note: the tightness of the roller should be checked when filling oil. If it is found that the roller is too loose, tighten it with the tip pliers. If it is found that the roller is loose and cannot be removed after adjusting the tightness, it should be tested twice for the wear of the inner bearing of the roller, and it can be removed to replace the bearing or the roller.

3. Before the operation of precision peristaltic pump, clean the surface, wipe off the oil or dirt with non-woven soft cloth and cleaning agent, and then dry with non-woven soft cloth.
