In the process of making tape, in order to achieve a more uniform application of glue, the glue is generally transferred to the cotton or sponge through the hose peristaltic pump, and the bag is evenly removed by touching the cotton or sponge. If you want to apply more evenly, then the glue saturation of cotton or sponge should ensure relatively stable. 2. increase the number of peristaltic pump head rollers, the same speed, the frequency of pulsation will be significantly increased, but after the number of rollers, the same arc and roller structure, the flow rate of the pump head will be reduced, so increase the speed of the pump to achieve the same flow rate, so the frequency of pulsation will be further increased.
