In the process of making tape, in order to achieve a more uniform application of glue, the glue is generally transferred to the cotton or sponge through the hose peristaltic pump, and the bag is evenly removed by touching the cotton or sponge. If you want to apply more evenly, then the glue saturation of cotton or sponge should ensure relatively stable. If the pulsation frequency is low, then the interval between the two strands will be a little longer, because the product has been running at high speed, this interval will take away a lot of glue, so that the glue saturation of cotton or sponge is greatly reduced, resulting in uneven application. Therefore, in order to spread evenly, it is necessary to quickly add glue for cotton or sponge, so that the saturation is maintained at a relatively stable value, and this problem can be solved by increasing the frequency of pulsation.

There are two ways to increase the pulsation frequency of peristaltic pumps:

1. improve the speed of the hose peristaltic pump, in the case of a certain pump head structure, improve the speed is a more direct way to increase the pulsation frequency. However, if there are strict requirements for the flow rate, simply increasing the speed is not possible, because the speed increases the flow rate will increase accordingly, so you should replace the thinner hose, and then increase the speed, so that you can ensure the flow rate requirements and increase the frequency.

2. increase the number of peristaltic pump head rollers, the same speed, the frequency of pulsation will be significantly increased, but after the number of rollers, the same arc and roller structure, the flow rate of the pump head will be reduced, so increase the speed of the pump to achieve the same flow rate, so the frequency of pulsation will be further increased.
