The peristaltic pump tube is soft, so the negative pressure and discharge pressure generated by it is small, if the conveying liquid has a certain viscosity or pipeline has a certain length, it will cause the loss of the actual flow, in order to achieve the required flow, the selection of theoretical flow is slightly higher than the actual flow.

Because the peristaltic pump is a relatively precise instrument, mainly rely on the pump shell to maintain a high precision clearance, so as to efficiently squeeze the pump tube, if the pump tube damage and the flow of liquid stick to the pump shell pressure wheel and block and pump tube, it will change the pressure clearance of the pump head, even small changes will cause excessive premature wear of the pump tube, serious will affect the pump head caused by pump head damage.

7, when the peristaltic pump is used, the wear of the pump pipe should be checked regularly. Because the peristaltic pump tube is wearing parts, once damaged will cause liquid leakage, so we should timely check whether the surface of the pump tube has early grinding, in order to prevent the damage of the pump tube.
