1, when the peristaltic pump stops working, loosen the pump head pressure tube module

4, peristaltic pump tube hose joint selection

The suction produced by the peristaltic pump is produced by the hose rebound after the tube wheel assembly of the peristaltic pump head compresses the hose. Therefore, if the need to transfer the fluid distance from the peristaltic pump head is too long or the hose connector buckle edge becomes smaller, the resistance of the suction end will become larger, and the resistance will become larger, and the peristaltic pump hose rebound will be blocked and the actual transmission flow loss will be serious. Similarly, if the output hose is too long or the hose joint diameter is smaller, the output resistance in the hose will become larger, resulting in a smaller output flow rate.

Therefore, when selecting the peristaltic pump hose connector, the hose connector should not be less than the caliber of the pump head. At the same time, the peristaltic pump hose inlet should be as short as possible.
