First, the peristaltic pump tube burst

The solution:

1. Straighten the hose when installing the stuck peristaltic pump tube so that the hose fits the rotor in the pump head.

2. Clamp the hose with the pump head, mainly to prevent the pump from loosening during operation.

Phenomenon: The pump tube is flattened, unable to rebound and the tube wall becomes thin, mainly reflected in the surface wear.

Reason: It is generally because there are impurities or sticky hard substances on the rotor, or there are residual substances on the pressing block and the temperature is too high.

The solution:

1, since it is due to the friction of the block or rotor resulting in the loss of the pump tube, both can be cleaned before use to ensure smoothness.

2, high temperature is divided into two cases, one is the temperature of the working environment, the other is the speed is too high. If the working environment, you need to consider whether you need to replace the high temperature resistant pipe, the speed is too high, then consider reducing the speed.

Three, the peristaltic pump tube becomes brittle and hard

Phenomenon: The pump tube becomes brittle, hard, elastic and swelling.

Reason: The liquid needs to be checked to see if it has characteristics such as corrosion and what material will react with it.

Solution: For different liquids, the option of different peristaltic pump tube, can not be generalized.
